One of the country's most innovative comic poets with several best-selling volumes of poetry to his name. John Hegley has performed on the streets of London, has sung and spoken his performances across the BBC radio network, has produced books and prose pieces, is an Edinburgh Festival regular, a frequent guest and collaborator on BBC Radio 4, including Who Does John Hegley Think He Is? and a heavily published author and urgent ukelele player.
He talks about dog hair, potatoes and handkerchiefs in a philosophical framework. He is an occasional dancer on stage and page and a workshop leader using drawing, poetry and gesture. He is not to be missed!
